When the Administration imposes on the seller certain limitations on the conditions that the buyer must have as well as the characteristics of the dwellings and their selling price, in exchange for the concession of certain aid and subsidies that are determined in their case. The purchase price or, where applicable, that of the rent, are limited administratively.
