Elena Igorevna Ezhova, née Kuzmina is a Russian volleyball player. She was a member of the Russia women's national volleyball team and participated at the 2016 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix in Thailand and the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
